Description of problem:
ceph-metrics is supported in 2.5. We need all documentation for the same including Installation (should contain instructions for installing from RHEL and Ubuntu ceph-ansible nodes)

Please include a note that ceph-metrics is supported only on RHEL

Also, Please add a node that the cephmetrics is supposed to be installed as a 'root' user in the Installation guide.
