Description of problem:
Guest's ipv4 and ipv6 show N/A on rhv4.2 no matter whether guest's MAC address is distributed by RHV network profile or not
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhv:4.2.1.1-0.1.el7
vdsm-4.20.13-1.el7ev.x86_64
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
Scenario1:create a new guest on rhv
1.Login rhv4.2 -> click dashboard-> click 'virtual machine'->click 'new'->input guest name, create instance image and network-> attach os image in CD option and set CD-ROM as first device-> click 'ok' to install os for guest
2.Power on guest after finishing os installation, check guest's network status in os and rhv
2.1 Guest's mac address of rhv is consistent with OS's
2.2 guest could obtain IP in os normally but ipv4 and ipv6 show N/A at rhv, pls refer to screenshot "create-guest-rhv"
Scenario2:import guest from VMware source
1.Check guest's original mac address is "00:50:56:b7:a6:71"on vsphere client, pls refer to screenshot"vmware-original-mac"
2.Login rhv4.2 -> click dashboard-> click virtual machine -> select import -> choose "Vmware" and input related esxi host info-> load guests sucessfully->select above guest to import->check that guest's mac address is still "00:50:56:b7:a6:71" before import, pls refer to "vmware-before-import"->click 'ok' to import
3.Power on guest after finishing converting, guest could get ip in system normally but the guest's ipv4 and ipv6 still show N/A on rhv4.2, pls refer to screenshot "vmware-after-import"
Actual results:
As above description
Expected results:
Guest could show ipv4 and ipv6 normally on rhv4.2

Hi Michal,
This is the first time I heard ovirt-guest-agent service, could you please tell me how to configure this service in guest on rhv? By the way, there is qemu-guest-agent service running in the guest, pls refer to screenshot"qemu-guest-agent"
Thanks
