We need to have the ability to see LB/amphora image information as part of openstack loadbalancer list/show command. 

It is highly not usable to login into the amphora for this / 

octavia image create should create the umage with name of the used OS file name , and the filename should be detailed 

or other ideas are welcome

image_id added to amphora DB table and REST API visible.

Patches have been merged upstream in master and will be available in Rocky. Moving on to POST.
