libmarkdown-devel doesn't include a pkgconfig file. according to upstream, building and installing it can be enabled by passing a "--pkg-config" flag to ./configure.sh.

Thanks. Do we have an easy way to scan for packages in Fedora which BuidRequire libmarkdown-devel by name when it should now be pkgconfig(libmarkdown)?
I think there are only 3 packages build-requiring libmarkdown-devel. notejot (my package, I can fix it myself) purple-mattermost rubygem-rdiscount Not sure if I did the repoquery correctly, though. And it's only for f27, not for the latest rawhide.
