Customer setup log

Description of problem:
While using the setup script to configure for AAA, the following error about a command not working is very misleading to the user.

[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Environment customization': Command '/usr/bin/dig' failed to execute
[ INFO  ] Stage: Clean up
          Log file is available at /tmp/ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap-setup-20180122090416-xxxxx.log

The actual reason for this error is missing information that the setup configuration is unable to gain obtain.



Expected results:

Request for a more meaningful and actual error to be  filtered back to the user.
