Description of problem: dnf-2.7.5-2.fc27.noarch pulls in gdbm-devel on non-devel machines. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): dnf-2.7.5-2.fc27.noarch Expected results: dnf not to infect non-devel installations with devel packages.
This is what python3 pulls in, and I fixed it long time ago.
It doesn't matter what you might have done in your dreams, it is about your package, which currently is broken - Fix this stuff, RSN and stop your silly games.

Actually, Igor, this was reported to Fedora 27. Ralf, Igor is right, this is a python3 bug, fixed already. However the build https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1020182 was not yet pushed as an update. Since it finished building this night I assume it will get there soon.
