Description of problem:
When choosing to configure lvmcache from UI, the gdeploy config is missing sections related to firewalld config, starting glusterd, slice config etc.

This causes deployment to fail

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select lvm cache option in the Bricks tab of cockpit gdeploy configuration

Attached the gdeploy conf with and without lvmcache

Tested with  rhvh-4.2.2.1-0.20180410.0 and cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.20-1.el7ev.noarch

When lvmcache is enabled on all the hosts, then firewalld section is available in the generated gdeploy configuration file

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.2 release, published on March 28th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
