Cannot build due to pdftex bug preventing gdal from building correctly and breaking the dependency chain: python2-MDAnalysis/python2-biopython -> python2-networkx -> python2-networkx-geo -> python2-gdal -> gdal-libs
The pdftex issue should be resolved with the latest texlive build, please try again.
