Description of problem:
[UI] - Notification Drawer - Clearing the 'Alerts' will clear the 'Events' as well.

When trying to clear only the Alerts in the nonfiction drawer, it is clearing all the vents as well. But it shouldn't. This bug affecting 4.1.9 as well

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a rhv 4.2 or rhv 4.1
2. Clear only 'Alerts'

Actual results:
All the events are cleared

Expected results:
Should clear only the Alerts
