Description of problem:
[UI] - Storage Domain > VMs and Templates sub tabs > No items to display grid is missing and display a weird scroll bar on the right side of the page.

It seems that if the the Templates and VMs sub tabs under data domain, has no items, the table is missing the No items to display grid(as we have on all other sub tabs in the system) and because of it a weird scroll bar is displayed on the right corner in the page.

Example for empty items - 
Templates and VMs - No items to display grid is missing
Disk Snapshot and Leases sub tabs - No items to display grid appears

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a data domain with no templates or VMs
2. Compare the sub tabs under this data domain

Actual results:
Templates and VMs - No items to display grid is missing and weird scroll bar appears
Disk Snapshot and Leases sub tabs - No items to display grid appears

Expected results:
Template and VMs sub tabs should have the 'No items to display' grid

Tested with the following code:

Tested with the following scenario:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a data domain with no templates or VMs
2. Compare the sub tabs under this data domain

Actual results:
Template and VMs sub tabs have the 'No items to display' grid

Expected results:

Moving to VERIFIED!

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.2 release, published on March 28th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
