enforcing RHEL 7.5+ for 4.2

This is logically better grep - 4.2 cluster will require 7.5 rhel:

# engine-config -g ClusterEmulatedMachines | grep 4.2
ClusterEmulatedMachines: pc-i440fx-rhel7.5.0,pseries-rhel7.5.0 version: 4.2

This bug is about providing correct emulated machine for 4.2 RHV
