The support for Ceph-volume for VDO setup, as well Ceph-Ansible install is scoped for RHCS 3.1, this is a test bug to track its testing in OSP context.

Ceph never had dedup. Ceph-ansible is irrelevant anymore. If we want compression (I'm in favor), let's open a new RFE.
