Description of problem: For all locales, the text alignment on compute -> virtual machines-> new -> resource allocation window, needs to be corrected. The text and the UI elements like help icon, check-boxes are not properly aligned under CPU and memory allocation headings. Please refer attached screenshots.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Admin portal with any locale
2. Go to compute -> virtual machines-> new -> resource allocation window
3. Observe the UI alignment under CPU and memory allocation headings

Actual results:
The text and other UI elements are not properly aligned.

Expected results:
The text alignment should be proper.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.2 release, published on March 28th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
