Description of problem:
Node modules are currently shipped with minizlib 1.0.3, while version 1.0.4 is required.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$ scl enable rh-nodejs8 'node -v'
v8.9.4
$ scl enable rh-nodejs8 'npm -v'
5.6.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
$ scl enable rh-nodejs8 'npm  list --parseable=false --global'

Actual results:
npm ERR! invalid: minizlib.3 /opt/rh/rh-nodejs8/root/usr/lib/node_modules/npm/node_modules/tar/node_modules/minizlib
