Description of problem:
For de_DE,es_ES,fr_FR locales, The string "Optimize for Virt Store" is misaligned with check box at 
storage > volumes > new window

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.2.1.3-0.1.el7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to admin portal.
2.go to storage > volumes > new window.
3.observe the text "Optimize for Virt Store".

Actual results:
String "Optimize for Virt Store" is misaligned with check box.

Expected results:
String "Optimize for Virt Store" should aligned with check box.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.3.0 release, published on February 4th 2019.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.3.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
