fr_FR_quota_truncation

Description of problem: A button label on administration ->quota -> add page is getting truncated. This is observed for fr, de and es locales. The button 'Edit' on the said screen is truncated. Please refer attached screenshot.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to admin portal with any of the mentioned locale.
2. Go to administration ->quota -> add
3. Observe the button 'Edit'

Actual results:
The button gets truncated. 

Expected results:
The button should be visible properly.

Buttons are not truncated in any language.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.4 release, published on June 26th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.4 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
