Description of problem:
Cannot reproduce on 5.7.4 or 5.9.0.

5.8.3.2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Cloud Intel -> RSS
2. Click on VMs Powered ON/OFF event or vms powered off
3.

Actual results:
Exception appears.

Verified in 5.8.3.3. Both RSS links are working.
