 fio-2.2.10-2.el7ost tagged to rhgs-3.3.1-rhel-7-candidate and attached to RHSOne Errata advisory [1].

onqa validation:
checked that colonizer is dependent on fio and without fio installation fails
hence working as expected
and moving to verified
