Description of problem: For fr, es, pt_BR, ja locales, the text alignment on compute -> virtual machines -> affinity groups -> new page needs correction. The text and the help icons are not aligned. Please refer attached screenshots.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to admin portal with any of the mentioned locales
2. Go to compute -> virtual machines -> affinity groups -> new
3. Check the text and the UI alignment.

Actual results:
The text and help icons are not aligned

Expected results:
The UI alignment should be proper

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.4 release, published on June 26th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.4 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
