the event and the typo

Description of problem:
In the policy events (on the timeline), there is written tagRet instead of taRget.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.8.3.2.20180129231530_b9b5535 
How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup a provider ( cloud or infra)
2. setup a vm. 
3. create/assign a policy event to this vm
4. check its timeline in category policy events

Actual results:
see written tagRet 

Expected results:
see written target

fixed in 5.9
