Doc Text:	This release adds an Ansible playbook that: - Generates the vars.yaml file. The openshift_logging_mux_namespaces value is set according to the ovirt_env_name configured by the user. - Copies both vars.yaml and the ansible-inventory files to the metrics machine. This simplifies the Metrics Store installation by placing the files required for the ViaQ logging installation on the metrics machine, and already including the openshift_logging_mux_namespaces value.

Description of problem:
Add Viaq installation files, vars.yaml.template and ansible-inventory to ovirt-engine-metrics repo.

They are needed for the Viaq installation.

Added a playbook that generates the vars.yaml file with the openshift_logging_mux_namespaces according to the ovirt_env_name the user configured and copies both vars.yaml and the relevant ansible-inventory to the metrics machine.

To run the playbook run:
 /usr/share/ovirt-engine-metrics/configure_ovirt_machines_for_metrics.sh --playbook=ovirt-metrics-store-installation.yml

This role will also be used for triggering the oVirt metrics installation.

verified in ovirt-engine-metrics-1.1.3.3-1.el7ev.noarch
further verification of all viaq deployment will be done in BZ#1558601

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.2 release, published on March 28th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
