perl-Lucy-0.6.1-6.fc28 fails to build in F28 because a test aborts:

t/core/033-index_file_names.t ......... ok
perl: cfcore/Lucy/Util/Json/JsonParser.c:681: yy_find_shift_action: Assertion `iLookAhead < YYNTOKEN' failed.

Failed 43/135 subtests 

This is caused by upgrading lemon from 3.20.1-1.fc28 to 3.22.0-2.fc28.

Lemon is built from sqlite sources.
