To fix a regression during the samba build on i686 (bug 1199522), hardened builds were disabled.  I reenabled full hardened builds for libxslt and could still rebuild samba, so the underlying issue has apparently been fixed.  Please reenable fully hardened builds again.

(In the future, if the standard Fedora build flags break something, please file gcc or binutils bugs as appropriate.)
