Description of problem:
I have a scenario of starting a file upload & while the upload is in progress move the host to maintenance.

Currently, I see that moving the host to maintenance is allowed  & the upload move to 'pause by system' state.

What is the designed behavior here?

I would expect that the either:
- The upload would proceed at another host as the engine(proxy) is managing the upload.
 or
- Moving the host to maintenance while upload/download is in progress should be forbidden.

As discussed with Daniel, I opened a bug about this for further discussion.

Steps to Reproduce:
Start a file upload & while the upload is in progress move the host to maintenance.

Actual results:
Currently, I see that moving the host to maintenance is allowed  & the upload move to 'pause by system' state.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.2 release, published on March 28th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.

If the solution does not work for you, please open a new bug report.
