Cause: Atomic Hosts did not have patch command installed Consequence: When we tried to patch for the logging configmaps to keep user changes it would fail. Fix: Changed that task to be a local action instead Result: patch is executed on the control host instead.

@ewolinet, Yes, no patch command in atomic.

[root@atomic ~]# patch
bash: patch: command not found

Pass using openshift-ansible-3.9.1-1.git.0.9862628.el7.noarch on atomic host 7.4.0
