Description of problem:
On CFME, v2v dialog (Transform this VM from VMWare to RHV), 
when choosing a cluster, that is connected to a Datacenter - that do not have any storage domains attached, 
the displayed storage domains will be active storage domains, connected to ANOTHER Datacenter in this RHv envvironment.

CFME-5.9.0.21/RHV-4.1.8.2

How reproducible:
100%

Expected results:
Displayed storage domains should be only the ones attached to the data center, which the selected cluster is connected to. 

Additional info:
This bug is opened further to verification of Bug 1533550 - [v2v] RHV ISO and export domain types and domains in maintenance/down state should not be listed in destination storage dropbox.
