The Red Hat OpenStack Platform Block Storage service (cinder) now automatically changes the encryption keys when cloning volumes. Note, that this feature currently does not support using Red Hat Ceph Storage as a cinder back end.

When cloning encrypted volumes, Cinder could change the volume's encryption key rather than re-using the same key.

Works as expected, manual testing to be automated ASAP.
