expected toolbar

Description of problem:
When the detail of the generic object definition is displayed through selecting "All General Object Classes" from the left-side menu and then clicking on the generic object definition, the toolbar is not changed and shows icons for changing views and for downloading reports of all Generic objects definitions. The button for downloading the summary document is not shown.

When the specific definition is selected through the left-side menu, the toolbar is correctly changed and shows button for downloading the summary document.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.21

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to "Automation" / "Automate" / "Generic Object"
2. create a Generic Object definition
3. click on "All General Object Classes" in the left-side menu
4. select Generic Object definition and observe that the toolbar is not changed
5. select the same Generic Object definition as in previous step, this time from the left-side menu. Observe that the toolbar changed.
