Description of problem:

if updateinfo contains invalid content like wrong format of issue date:

        <update status="final" from="security" version="8" type="security" >
            <id>RHSA-2007:0513</id>
            <issued date="2007-09-26 00:00:00.0" />
            <title>Moderate: gimp security update</title>

then cdn-sync skips the erratum and does not report it in the cdnsync log

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cdn-sync -c  rhel-x86_64-server-5
2. errata like RHSA-2007:0513 are not synced

I just realized that there is at least some count information in the cdn-sync output and log:

/var/log/rhn/cdnsync/rhel-x86_64-server-5.log
...
2018/02/16 06:25:32 -04:00   Errata in repo: 3184.
2018/02/16 06:26:03 -04:00     Syncing 3141 new errata to channel.
2018/02/16 06:26:30 -04:00 Sync of channel completed in 3:10:56.

Is there any more info if cdn-sync is executed in more (-vvv) verbose mode?
