So what's the ask here? This BZ has gone around the block a few times, has had apparently unrelated customer case info linked to it (comments #5 and #6, why do we need sosreports for a documentation bug?), and has now landed on the compute DFG's plate.

Since this BZ wasn't super straightforward, I've created bz 1696711 and assigned it to the Docs DFG.
