Description of problem:
When we try rebuild gdal in rawhide since mass rebuild with GCC8 [1] 

from build [2] we got a strange koji error [3] after check i686 build and armv7 not generate the same doc files using texlive , comparing last good build of gdal (2018-02-13) I found the Segmentation fault, I tried another gdal scratch build some minutes ago and still have the same problem [4]

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
