Description Dick Marinus 2018-02-20 06:00:40 UTC
Hi, version PyMySQL 0.8.0 has been released, with support for MySQL 8

Could it please be updated?

Comment 1 Dick Marinus 2018-02-20 06:03:47 UTC
v0.8.0 is available here: https://github.com/PyMySQL/PyMySQL/releases

Comment 2 Julien Enselme 2018-02-20 08:46:42 UTC
Hi,

Thanks for the report.

v0.8.0 is available in rawhide. According to the CHANGELOG (https://github.com/PyMySQL/PyMySQL/blob/master/CHANGELOG) v0.8.0 introduce backward incompatible changes, so I can't provide an update for f27 or f28.

The best I can do is propose a copr repo.

Seems like bug should be closed as RAWHIDE.
