Description of problem:

In section 3.1.2. Configuring Ceph Global Settings of the Ubuntu installation doc, add a note as below:

Since RHCS 2.5, set the following parameters "ceph_rhcs_cdn_debian_repo" and "ceph_rhcs_cdn_debian_repo_version" in the /usr/share/ceph-ansible/all.yml file so that Ansible can automatically enable and access Ubuntu online repositories from the stage location.

Adding to the description:

The parameters mentioned in the description namely,  "ceph_rhcs_cdn_debian_repo" and "ceph_rhcs_cdn_debian_repo_version" also need to be added under the upgrade section of the Ubuntu guide with the same note as in the description.

Upgrade section where Note is required is :
Section 5.2 under 'Procedure: Updating the Ceph Storage Cluster by using Ansible' after point 3.
