Description of problem:
Dialog demo screen does not honor sorting as it does while running dialogs. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.21.20180214154720_6f2109d 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import attached dialog  
2. Provision service, try to invoke (run) dialog (Check sorting there)
3. Now select Automation > Automate > Customization > 'Service Dialogs' accordion (from Sample tab) (Check sorting here)

Actual results:
Sorting behavior of Preview/Demo dialog is not same as Running dialog.
(Please note there two locations for preview/demo dialogs:
A. Automation > Automate > Customization > 'Service Dialogs' accordion (from Sample tab)
B. New Dialog Editor (from Automation > Automate > Customization > 'Service Dialogs' accordion, edit this dialog)

Expected results:
Both behavior should be the same

This is sorting properly on latest master.
