If the reason that this bug was filed was because of a change to 'rawhide' that removes BuildRoot, then I understand why this bug was filed.

We did do a 'pkigit import' of a Fedora 28 SRPM, as Fedora 28 had just been separated from 'rawhide'.

If this is the case, we can fix the spec files by simply removing these two sections, and take care in the future that 'rawhide' spec files now differ from their predecessors.

This change was supposed to go away ~ 10 years ago. And this bug was filled because you overwrote changes which were made in Fedora which is explicitly prohibited.
