Description of problem:
When the Username contains uppercase letter the attempt to log into an appliance fails with "Incorrect Username or password".


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.3.2
The issue is NOT present on 5.9.0.21


How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new user with Username "test_A"
2. try to log into appliance -> "Incorrect username or password"
3. change Username to "test_a"
4. try to log into appliance -> success

I think this is a duplicate or related to these fixed bugs:

Which is why you don't see this in 5.9.0.21
