When upgrading systemd from 234-9 to 234-10 application decalres this is a downgrade.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Hello, "Software" says there are OS updates. owever, when trying to see what updates, nothing is listed. Could it be caused by this fix? See attachment for the empty window.
