Drew - Seeing the "Failed to connect to the host via ssh" makes me think this is more of a network configuration issue either with the appliance or on the target VM itself.  Does not seem related to our code unless this is somehow a multi-IP VM causing the issue.

I think this is duplicate of Bug 1548562. As Pavol mentioned, the actual result shows error because it tries to connect with the machine using CFME default creds and does not pick machine creds, even if that is what we selected from the dropdown at the time of ordering the service.
