Description of problem:
freetype-config --libtool doesn't print anything although it should print library name for linking with libtool according to its help.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
20.0.14

How reproducible:
always

1. freetype-config --libtool

Actual results:
no library name

Expected results:
library name

Additional info:
if this option is not valid or it is supposed to print something else, please change the help info accordingly

Since we don't ship static libraries using the flag should show empty string. This behaviour is intentional.
