Description of problem: 2.1 release available at https://github.com/wtforms/wtforms/releases
any news about this ?
Fedora 28 no longer has a GUI for PostgreSQL. The GUI it used to have, pgadmin3, is not compatible with version 10, which Fedora 28 is using. THIS REPRESENTS A LOST OF FUNCTIONALITY WITH A NEWER VERSION OF FEDORA. To fix that, pgadmin must be upgraded to version 4. This is one of the bugs blocking it. When can we see this resolved and pushed to Fedora 28, so that we may once again have a GUI for PostgreSQL?
It looks like this package hasn't been updated in 3+ years. What will it take to get this updated? It is a blocker for another bug.
THIS PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED IN FOUR YEARS, AND IT IS THE ONLY BLOCKER ON ANOTHER BUG FIX. What will it take to get this updated? The latest version is 2.2.1.
(In reply to Joseph D. Wagner from comment #4) pgadmin4 works with current version of wtforms, anyway I sent a pull request at. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-wtforms/pull-request/3 because it's too old.
I don't understand why you added me to the CC here. I'm not maintaining or using this package. And the all-caps shouting doesn't really make me want to go out of my way to help. You can follow Fedora's unresponsive maintainer policy if you are not getting a response from the maintainer: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers Or -- after you calm down -- post to the Python SIG mailing list to get more people to look at it, without singling out anyone personally.
Thank you Petr. You're response has been the most helpful so far, as the policy is not widely advertised. I'll follow that. Thanks for you're help.
