Comment 2 Andrej Nemec 2018-03-08 10:57:08 UTC
Added new parent flaw bug 1553115 (CVE-2018-7642), 1553119 (CVE-2018-7643) to this tracking bug.

Comment 3 Nick Clifton 2018-05-30 09:30:51 UTC
This is a minor CVE that can cause the objdump program to crash if it is fed
a specially crafted file containing corrupt DWARF debug information. Since
the mingw-binutils package is only used internally, and it is never passed
malformed files, there is no need to fix this CVE here.
