Damn... good catch I prefer to differ this review until upstream clarification https://github.com/antonioribeiro/google2fa/issues/95 It looks like this is a fork of an old GPLv3 lilbrary, so this MUST be GPLv3, thus making it incompatible with phpMyAdmin (I will also have to raise the issue on this other project).
Package licensing issue is now fixed, the package was re-licensed to MIT with original author aproval. So: https://git.remirepo.net/cgit/rpms/php/pragmarx/php-pragmarx-google2fa.git/commit/?id=b774ef80ba57463f571dcc84ec0f6a11ffc76a92 Spec URL: https://git.remirepo.net/cgit/rpms/php/pragmarx/php-pragmarx-google2fa.git/plain/php-pragmarx-google2fa.spec?id=b774ef80ba57463f571dcc84ec0f6a11ffc76a92 SRPM URL: http://rpms.remirepo.net/SRPMS/php-pragmarx-google2fa-3.0.1-1.remi.src.rpm
