C++ libraries must be linked using g++, not gcc.

I was not sure where exactly to change so reported upstream and they replied here -> https://github.com/harfbuzz/harfbuzz/issues/880#issuecomment-372469463

I just want to tell you what upstream replied and I am going to follow same as using that switch build succeeded. I hope there will not be any issues with this build now.
