Jerry, noticed this BZ as well as a few other BZs need newer version of manageiq-smartstate gem. Please note, if you don't bump the minimum version, the gem won't be updated in z-stream releases.

Able to Perform SSA on a VM which has disk on fileshare. Verified Version: 5.9.2.3.20180419182310_cab2891
