Error: Problem: conflicting requests - nothing provides rubygem(pdf-reader) < 2 needed by rubygem-prawn-templates-0.0.4-4.fc28.noarch Expected results: The package should install without issues.
Any ETA on a resolution for this?

Hello, I've removed the hard dependency on 1.3 (basically just changed to 2.1) and done a scratch build in Koji. Unfortunately I don't have commit access to push the change and although this works fine for me, it could do with some more testing: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=30075461

This is just a workaround, long-term fix is to get this package plus dependencies updated as they are a little out of date.
