Description of problem:
Nuage event catcher only captures Messages from "CNAMessages" AMQP topic by default, but it should also capture Alarms from "CNAAlarms" topic.

1. Add Nuage provider with eventing credentials
2. Observe logs to see what events are being captured
3.

Actual results:
Only events from CMAMessages topic are captured, without Alarms

Expected results:
Both CNAMEssages and CNAAlarms events should be captured.
