Description of problem:
clang crash on invalid code, like this:

void operator delete(void *) {}
#include <memory>
void operator delete(void *) {}
---

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
clang-5.0.1-1.fc27.x86_64

How reproducible:
easily

Steps to Reproduce:
1. clang -c -std=c++11 tst.cpp

Actual results:
clang-5.0: error: unable to execute command: Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Expected results:
error messages (the code is invalid)

Additional info:
This is not a duplicate of 1554276 - different test-cases.
