In https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/LV44XSN4MZOROBGHBBK6CHPBEHRPKFVO/%3E , Marek Polacek said that a long list of packages needed to be rebuilt for F28 due to a bug in GCC 8 meaning the most recent builds likely had a miscompilation error.

I have rebuilt almost all the affected packages with the later GCC that should solve the issue. None of the packages is a really core, critical path / release blocking package, but I do believe it'd be prudent to get the rebuilds into Beta, so I am proposing this as a freeze exception issue.

Note I'm still editing the update to include all the builds, it's about half done so far.

Discussed during the 2018-03-12 blocker review meeting: [1]

The decision to classify this bug as an AcceptedFreezeException was made as the gcc maintainers found a flaw in some of their compiles, and asked that we recompile to fix the issues. As such, we grant this FreezeException status.
