Description of problem:
For CFME 5.8, there is no add a flavor button like there is for 5.9.  Need to update flavor list for AWS since there is no way to add the new flavor otherwise.  Customer specifically wants m5 type instances.

1.  When trying to tag an flavor, m5 isn't available

Made a pull request here: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-amazon/pull/420

Tested it out on a 4.5 appliance and all the m5 instances provision appropriately.

Closing this as its already been verified in two z-streams and has test coverage around it.
