It's the same as it is for the IP value. It's to show what type of value is expected to be entered there, but the field still has to be filled in. > Expected results: > The default is correctly consumed We can add a default value or we can mark it as required, which will alert the user that it needs to be filled in.
Tested with 11.17, from the Comment 4, it is not a pre-filled value. Or consider to add a default value or mark it as required.
Tested with cockpit-ovirt-0.11.21-0.1, now the network prefix length value is marked as required, which will alert the user that it needs to be filled in. So moving to verified.
This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.3 release, published on May 4th 2018. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.2.3 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE. If the solution does not work for you, please open a new bug report.
